We welcome you to the online home of Northwest Preparatory Academy Charter School. Located in the northeastern quadrant of the Houston Metroplex, we're a state approved public charter dedicated to serving students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. We endeavor to prepare students to contribute positively to their communities and lead in every segment of society. We help students achieve high levels of proficiency, so that they will be well-prepared to meet the challenges of high school, college, and beyond.

A Message from Our Principal

Dear NWPA Community,

Welcome to Northwest Preparatory Academy website.  I extend a hearty welcome to our community of learners, both current and future students, as well as parents and community members.   By viewing our web presence, you have taken to the first step on a journey toward educational excellence at NWPA during the 2014-2015 school year.

Our staff is committed to providing a quality education in a safe and nurturing environment.  We pride ourselves in seeking the best out of our students.  Our team of dedicated staff members works conscientiously to teach students in grades Pre-K through 8.  They go above and beyond the call of duty to maintain a high level of academic focus and rigor leading toward student mastery.

At NWPA, students are expected to act responsibly by performing at their best academically, behaviorally, and socially.  When students are academically engaged and challenged, they will achieve at an optimal level.  

It is an honor and a privilege to lead NWPA toward academic growth.  We will continue to foster healthy partnerships with students, parents, and communities.
